Pathway to Potential was created to change that.  

This unique service bridges the gap between inquiry and assessment, as well as diagnosis and next steps, offering timely, targeted support for children and adolescents. If you're looking for clarity, affirmation, and actionable next steps, this pathway was designed with your family in mind.

What exactly is Pathway to Potential?  

Pathway to Potential is a concierge assessment service.  There are several premium upgrades that set Pathway to Potential apart from our standard assessment service:

1. Speed & Flexibility
  • No waitlist
  • Faster scheduling (appointments within 2 weeks of completing intake paperwork instead of appointments based on earliest availability after months / years on waitlist)
  • Priority turnaround (feedback & report within 2 weeks)
  • Weekday and weekend appointment times
  • Morning and afternoon appointment times

2. White-Glove Service
  • Two detailed feedback sessions (one session to share results of the assessment, one Q&A session after reading the report)
  • Help with documentation, and accommodations

3. Customized Reports
  • Easily digestible, individualized summary report
  • Tailored recommendations based on the client’s context (not cookie-cutter)
  • Personal report for child (over 5 years)

4. Full Wraparound Support
  • Provision of a Recommended IEP plan based on results of the assessment 
  • Provision of Resources for Educating Your Child and Family based on results of the assessment
  • Assistance with forms (autism funding if eligible, CLBC if eligible, DTC if eligible).​ ​​

To get started, fill out an application below.  We use the application process to make sure that we're a good fit for you.  Once your application is approved, your child will go on our waitlist for an assessment.  When we reach your child's name on the waitlist, we'll contact you to start the assessment process!
